Compliance with nearly zero emission, low additive consumption and minimum residues – AE&E has the competence to combine and optimise systems meeting these requirements.

In view of the current legislative constraints surrounding waste disposal and emission levels to secure a high degree of environmental compatibility, advanced, state-of-the-art flue gas cleaning systems must fulfil demanding process targets. Therefore, selective pollutant removal is required, which not only aims to achieve minimum emissions in tandem with low operating costs, but also enable the extensive recovery of recyclable products and a linked reduction in the volume of highly pollutant residues.

As a result of the modular design of our flue gas cleaning systems, we are in a position to combine the required process steps from our extensive portfolio of flue gas cleaning technologies:

• Dry flue gas cleaning (Turbosorp® or dry sorption)
• Denox / SCR systems
• Multistage wet scrubbing
• Spray absorption
• Dedusting (electrostatic precipitator or fabric filter)
• Ammonia FGD
