AE&E plant Twin Oaks, US, continuing to operate successfully after 20 years

The Twin Oaks plant in Waco, Texas, is a great reference for AE&E, after 20 years of successful operation. The plant ownership has recently changed to OPTIMENERGY, a relatively small independent power supplier in Texas. With this change in ownership, the plant will continue to operate as designed with the local lignite supply.
