1. Conditions of use
General
Use of the AE&E website is subject to the user's acceptance of the Conditions of Use below. If the user does not accept the Conditions of Use as stated below, use of the AE&E website is forbidden. Conclusion of the contract
Where the AE&E website offers to accept the provision of certain services, this represents solely an invitation to tender. The bid is made by the user of the AE&E website. The AE&E website is managed, operated and administered by AE&E Group GmbH. The headquarter is located in Austria, Bruenner Strasse 52, 1210 Vienna. The AE&E website and its content can be accessed and used worldwide. AE&E accepts no liability whatsoever for the legality of the AE&E website and its content from the point of view of other legal systems and their corresponding statutory provisions.
