CONSORTIUM OF AUSTRIAN ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT GROUP AND BAM SECURES EUR 180 MILLION ORDER

AE&E subsidiary Von Roll Inova to build one of Europe’s most energy-efficient waste incinerators in Roosendaal, Netherlands by early 2011.

Von Roll Inova, the Swiss subsidiary of Austrian Energy & Environment AG — an international supplier of thermal generation and environmental — has been awarded the contract to build an energy from waste plant in Roosendaal, The Netherlands. The total value of the contract for the facility, to be built by a consortium of AE&E and leading Dutch construction group BAM, is EUR 180 million.
