Its implementation takes specific national company environments into account.
The most important personnel development instruments at AE&E , both now and in the future, are the appraisal interview and the Management Development Programme.
In addition a diverse range of trainings is available, both for the professional and personal advancement of all our employees. We attach special value to the development of individual potential. For us, it is especially important to involve potential employees, who are still in the educational phase. We co-operate with technical universities and other educational institutes, and offer possibilities for obtaining practical experience and the completion of dissertations and theses.
